BACP Accredited Counsellor - Hamilton Sargent

Therapy in Wimbledon with BACP accredited counsellor, Hamilton Sargent.

Over the past 9 years, as a person-centred therapist, I’ve helped clients through tough decisions, to recover and rebuild from various struggles, and to navigate life’s challenges.

As a counsellor, I’m a human first and a therapist second. Having sought help myself, I understand the courage it takes to take that first step. I believe in the healing power of authentic connection, offering a space where you can be fully understood and accepted. My practice is rooted in ethics, inclusivity, and respect for all that you are. My intention is to help you break free from what's holding you back, live with more freedom and less distress, and to foster healthy, fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.

Therapy is a journey, one I’ve experienced both as a client and therapist. If you’re ready, it can be so transformative and help you find peace within yourself.
