BACP Accredited Counsellor - Hamilton Sargent

Counselling in Clapham with BACP accredited therapist, Hamilton Sargent.

For nearly a decade, I’ve worked as a person-centred therapist, helping individuals navigate difficulties, find ways through tricky relationships, and heal from life's obstacles.

Alongside being a counsellor, I am also LGBTQIA+, a goldendoodle parent, and a fan of musicals. Having personally gone through the experience of seeking help, I recognise the courage it takes to take that first step. In our sessions, you can expect to feel truly listened to and understood without any judgment. My practice is rooted in principles of respect, inclusivity, and ethical care, ensuring that every aspect of who you are is acknowledged. My goal is to help you break free from the barriers holding you back, so you can enjoy greater freedom, less anxiety, and create meaningful, healthy relationships with yourself and others.

Therapy is a powerful process, one that I’ve experienced both as a client and as a professional. When you're ready, it has the potential to bring profound change and empower you to live the life you wish to lead.
